For the Meat:
1. Season your chuck roast on all sides generously with salt, pepper, garlic salt, seasoning salt, and crushed red pepper flakes. NOTE: I normally do not measure out my seasonings. These are an estimate
2. Place your roast in the crock pot, cover with lid, and cook on low heat 8 to 10 hours, or high heat 5 to 6 hours. Remove roast from crock pot and transfer to a large cutting board. Shred meet and remove any fat.
3. Return shredded beef to crock pot. Add 1 to 2 cans of El Pato Hot Sauce (depending on how much meat you end up with) Check meat for seasonings add more if needed and set aside.
